Service design workshops

The workshop uses service design tools to get to know the customers and the world in which they live. Based on this, it is possible to change your approach to service delivery. The workshop is practically oriented, using different service design methodologies!

Methods

When designing services, I follow the process and the collection of techniques of Human-Centered Design (HCD) that are used to create new solutions. The process begins with the study of people’s needs, dreams and behaviors that are to be influenced by design solutions. Once the desired amount has been determined, the “feasibility” and “viability” must be reviewed.

The service design workshop helps to:

  • Get to know your client and the world he lives in;
  • Think and act creatively;
  • Solve problems using various creative methods;
  • Find the “inner beauty” of the service and offer the customer different experiences;
  • Map and visualize possible future prospects;
  • Review existing goals or set new ones;
  • Implement your plans.
